To modernize document access and improve user experience, Alkegen partnered with App Maisters to build a secure, multilingual mobile application supported by a centralized admin platform.

Objective

The objective was to develop a unified mobile ecosystem with iOS and Android apps along with a secure admin web panel.

Solution

App Maisters delivered a complete solution including mobile applications and a web-based admin platform.

The mobile app allows users to search documents using keywords, fuzzy matching, and filters such as country, product type, and industry. Users can view SDS and PIS files through a built-in PDF viewer with zoom, search, and sharing options.

A key integration is with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, where all feedback submitted through the app is automatically routed for structured processing and tracking.

The admin panel enables Alkegen teams to upload and manage documents, configure metadata, support multiple languages, and monitor customer feedback.

The platform also includes secure authentication features such as OTP-based password reset, token-based access, and rate limiting to ensure data protection.

The system is built on a scalable architecture that supports future expansion, additional languages, and integration with external systems.
