The app will allow users to deliver presentations, calculate estimates using AI, select windows, and place orders directly through the app. Additionally, a web portal will be created to manage user accounts, product details, and customer databases. This platform aims to streamline sales processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Objective
The objective of this project is to develop a mobile and web solution to support marketing representatives and sales directors in effectively presenting and selling products. By utilizing AI-driven features, such as window sizing through tablet cameras and providing energy cost savings estimates, the platform aims to increase sales conversion rates and improve customer engagement. The web portal will also provide administrative control over the operations for company admins, office managers, HR, and sales and marketing managers.
Project Solution
A two-pronged solution involving a mobile application for iOS/Android tablets and a web portal has been proposed. The mobile app will provide sales staff with tools for customer engagement, including AI-driven window size calculations, window sales processes, and financing options. The web portal will allow administrators to manage user accounts, products, and digital contracts while overseeing the performance of their teams. Features such as a “Virtual Coach” for training, the ability to offer estimates and financing options, and a seamless digital contract signing process will be integrated to support the overall sales flow.
