Our client provides home health aide for their partner agencies. The client required an extension to their Salesforce CRM that helped to track their employees working hours, payments, leaves and other HR information.
Prior to approaching us, the client human resources department was using a spreadsheet to manage employees’ payments, wages, medical insurance, hiring, annual increment and other HR related functionality. Managing this amount of data in a spreadsheet became counterproductive as the company has over 100 employees. The client approached App Maisters to develop an extension within their current Salesforce CRM that will be able to track their employees working hours, payment, leaves and other HR information
App Maisters helped the client to add a new functionality based on their business need within their Salesforce CRM, train to manage it and provide regular support. Our team of six including project management, salesforce developer, quality assurance and business analyst provided end to end development and support. App Maisters team followed an agile process that provided a weekly scrum meeting to have all the stakeholder informed of the latest developments and changes.
